It is National Small Business Week and we are celebrating our local small businesses!

• Women-owned businesses continue to fuel the economy, representing 39.1% of all businesses – over 14 million – employing 12.2 million workers, and generating $2.7 trillion in revenue. According to the 2024 Wells Fargo Impact of Women-Owned Business Report.
• Small businesses provide 54.3 percent of jobs in rural counties/areas. (Small Business Administration)
• There are 33.3 million small businesses across the country, employing more than 61.6 million people, as of 2023. (According to the Small Business Administration.)
