FAQ - New Internet Banking site
Below are frequently asked questions from customers regarding our new Internet Banking site that launched June 27.
What is my Username?
Your Access ID is now called Username. To login, type your Access ID into the Username field then enter your password in the following box.
Important: Your login information has not changed. We've simply renamed Access ID to Username during this upgrade.
You may also notice both your Username and Password fields are together on the login screen now. This is for your convenience and is a change from our former Internet Banking.
What is the passcode option on the security challenge screen?
You will now have the option to answer your challenge question OR receive a one-time passcode via email during security sign-in. The passcode option will come in handy when you're at home, perhaps on a weekend, and struggling to remember the answer to one of your challenge questions. Click "email passcode" and 5-digit code will be sent to your email so you can sign-in.
